Silver Fern Immigration Program
In view of the looming economic upturn, New Zealand enacted a new immigration policy on March 29, 2010 - the Silver Fern Policy. Named after the plant traditionally associated with New Zealand, this new immigration program targets young (up to 35 years), highly skilled people from overseas, with a good command of English, who would like to work and live in New Zealand.
