Resident or Citizen and you are keen

Aged Dependent Relatives
For lodging a visa application under this category, your
relative must be single or widowed
with no issue or he/she should be a
person who is entirely dependent on
you and must be a male at least 65
years old, or a female 60 years old
(conditional) with eligibility to be
granted with pension under Social
Security Act.
Spousal Visas
As a partner of an
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Eligible New Zealander
are able to apply for permanent residency.
General Requirements
for a Spouse Visa

You must be sponsored
by an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident;

Be 18 years or above;

Be legally married to
your partner or have been in living together in a de facto
relationship for 12 months;

Show that you and
your partner have a mutual commitment to share life as husband
and wife to the exclusion of all others;

Show that you have a
genuine and continuous relationship with your partner;

Show that you and
your partner are living together or, if not, that any separation
is only temporary; and
-
Meet health and
character requirements;
Remaining Relatives
If you want to bring your relatives
who do not qualify for the Skilled
Independent Visa to migrate to
Australia you may sponsor them to
enable them to live in Australia.
