The highly dedicated team at Visa & Immigration Services Australia are experienced in all facets of immigration & migration law in Australia.  We are innovators in the Australian Migration Advice Industry as we are constantly improving the services we offer to our clients without increasing our fees.

Like many of our clients, our manager Sam Hammadieh also migrated to Australia so he has first hand knowledge of what migrants want in a migration agent.

More About Our C.E.O

Sam Hammadieh obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary, Canada in 1999.  Sam was then offered a scholarship to study law at the prestigious private institution Bond University, Australia.

In 2003 Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Law and gained a Diploma in Legal Practice.  Shortly after joining a boutique Gold Coast law firm Sam applied for and obtained permanent residence in Australia.

Sam Hammadieh is:

• A Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland

• A Solicitor of the High Court of Australia

• A Registered Migration Agent (Number: 0533211)

• A Member of the Migration Institute of Australia (Number: 2610)

• A citizen of Australia and Canada

• Speaks English and Arabic
